After announcing there would be a price increase in Microsoft licensing this July, Microsoft have now announced an increase of up to 33.4% on some types of volume licensing.

Microsoft has decided to bring into line the cost of Microsoft Licensing in the UK with the Euro. The price increase is expected to be around 20% - 35% but we will not know officially until May and it won't come into play until July.

On the 29th October, Microsoft made major changes to their partner model. No longer is there a Microsoft Gold Partner, instead each Microsoft Partner is recognised by their skill level in Microsoft products.
We are proud to announce that we are now the only Microsoft Partner in the world with 3 Gold Competencies, Volume Licensing, Mid Market Solution Provider and OEM as well as holding the Small Business Specialist qualification and 4 Silver competencies.
Microsoft took the decision to make their Gold status harder to achieve so it could add more value to those partners who showed commitment in terms of training and customer service.
