It  is a £4 per user/per month subscription service that lets you access your email, important documents, contacts, and calendar from virtually anywhere on almost any device*. It includes Exchange, SharePoint and Lync Online, as well as Office Web Apps.

Microsoft® Office 365 for midsize businesses and enterprises (Plan E)

Microsoft® Office 365 for midsize businesses and enterprises is designed for organisations that also have advanced IT needs including:
