The Story:
Tilley Endurables are a long standing customer who have come to NCI for all their IT needs.
Whether it be emergency replacement of their servers and data when the office in the UK suffered flood damage, cabling work or spam and antivirus solutions our companies have worked together to manage and grow the IT solutions for the Tilley girls.
NCI are proud to work alongside the UK staff in the South West offering our expertise and advice and watching them expand their successful business. Whether it be talking to directors in Canada or their website or software companies, NCI staff work with all parts of the companies IT Infrastructure to ensure things run smoothly.
Small Business Server 2003 has enabled the team to access their company emails and files from home or when travelling using any PC with access to the internet, securely. It has also provided a ready made Intranet for the company to share its information with each other and organise holidays in the shared calendar.
Resolving problems in their financial applications, installing upgrades, ensuring data security and backup and simply putting the company at ease with IT by training their staff we do it all.
Using our remote support facilities for software problems we can make sure the network runs at its best, should they have a problem that can't be fixed remotely then we jump in a van and get onsite as soon as is practical at no additional charge due to Tilley Endurables having a Support Contract with us.
