AC Systems customer notice 31st July 2006
With immediate effect we are pleased to announce all contracts and support offered to customers from AC Systems has now transferred to Accounting Solutions and NCI Technologies.
In a recent deal between Accounting Solutions, NCI Technologies, TMB Solutions and Xperience Group it was decided to transfer all customer base accounts to both Accounting Solutions and NCI Technologies as from 31st July 2006.
Pegasus Opera sales, support and training will continue to be provided by staff at Accounting Solutions whilst NCI will be responsible for providing computer hardware, networking and maintenance support to all existing customers.
Tim Squance, Operations Director for Accounting Solutions, says "the transfer of support responsibility to Accounting Solutions is designed to give clients access to the largest Pegasus related business systems provider in the South West region. It offers us a welcome opportunity to extend our established business in Cornwall and our partnership with NCI Technologies."
Telephone support numbers at AC Systems will temporarily remain the same for Pegasus accounts with the hardware support numbers changing to 01326 379497
Both Accounting Solutions and NCI would like to thank Tina Verney a Director of TMB for making the transition of accounts as smooth as possible.
