Should your end customers have existing versions of Office XP or 2003 there is a free compatibility pack available for Word, Excel and Powerpoint file formats available from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA101686761033.aspx
This is 27mb in size and will need to be installed on every PC or laptop that receives Office 2007 files from you. Once installed the user will have no further problems with files you send.
Adobe Acrobat Reader needs to be installed to read the PDF documents.
Remember to download, right click link and left click "save target as" to save on your PC.
